Pricing
We understand that every business is unique, which is why our pricing is tailored to fit your specific needs. Our monthly bookkeeping services typically begin at $300/month and go as high as $1000 or more depending on the complexities, volume and needs of your business. We also offer one time service fees for consultations, year end services or by the hour appointments for those not on one of our monthly service plans. Beyond tracking day to day transactions we will ensure you are compliant with the CRA by making sure GST filings are accurate and completed on time.
Tax Prep
At your year end your accountant can expect a fully reconciled and fully concise set of books along with any communication and reporting pertinent to your year end filing.
Other year end services include T5018 and T4 filings for our QBO payroll clients.

Every small business begins with a desire to use your gifts - the things you are naturally good at - to provide services to others.
I watched people around me have such a deep desire to grow their businesses yet become paralyzed by the process: the initial start up, developing workflows, managing bookkeeping, preparing taxes, handling CRA communications, and all the 'nitty gritty' that is necessary to launch a business and keep it running effectively.
In 2015 I began offering support and came to find that my skillset - my gift - is handling the 'nitty gritty' that pulls so many business owners away from their passions.
In 2017 Reliable Books was born - so that business owners (like you!) could get back to what they're truly passionate about. It has been an honour to partner with so many great businesses and see them flourish. I'm proud of the work I do and anyone who knows me will attest to this; I get giddy at the mention of a new start up or business venture.
